Sponsorship Terms

All mentions below of “Cinderella” refer to Metropolitan Youth Ballet’s 2025 production of Cinderella.

MYB’s full 2025 season includes two full-length stage productions (Cinderella and The Nutcracker). Benefits and terms for the Presenting sponsor apply to the full season. Benefits and terms apply only to Cinderella for Title, Guest Artist, and Performance Sponsors.

Printed and Digital Marketing Materials

Sponsors must be signed up by the print enrollment deadline of March 21, 2025 to be included on printed materials. Sponsors must sign up by May 9, 2025 to be included on digital materials. Inclusion on digital materials will begin within 7 days after sponsorship payment is received by MYB.

Sponsors must supply a high-quality logo to MYB for inclusion on marketing materials.

Print and digital marketing materials include:

  • Print and digital posters, flyers, advertising, and signage created for the primary purpose of promoting Cinderella, that are of a reasonable size to include multiple logos
  • Formal flyers and images on the MYB website created for the primary purpose of promoting registration in our Girl Scout event that is associated with Cinderella
  • Logo may appear in materials for community outreach events associated with Cinderella at the discretion of MYB

Print and digital marketing materials do not include:

  • Promotional shirts and other clothing items
  • Decorations or decorative signage
  • Items for sale in MYB boutiques, raffles, or bake sales
  • Web banners on the MYB website
  • Promotional or informational materials for the studio at large that are not primarily for the purpose of promoting Cinderella
  • Promotions or advertising for the primary purpose of promoting Cinderella, or the Girl Scout event associated with Cinderella, that are not of a reasonable size to include multiple logos
  • Promotions or advertising for our Be a Fairy program associated with Cinderella
  • MYB or Cinderella information or listings on websites or media not owned by MYB
Facebook, Press Releases, and Newsletters
  • A minimum of 2 mentions with sponsor logo on Facebook for every 4 weeks of sponsorship prior to the show, beginning within 7 days of MYB’s receipt of payment
  • A minimum of 1 mention with sponsor logo on Facebook in the 4 weeks following the show
  • Inclusion on press releases that are released after sponsorship payment is received. MYB may elect to not circulate a press release for any production or season.
  • Inclusion in a minimum of 1 MYB newsletter
  • MYB reserves the right to mention any sponsor on social media
Sponsor Ad Space
  • Sponsor ad space may not be combined with purchased program ad space; each sponsor ad must run at the size that is allotted for its sponsorship level
  • Ads for Presenting, Title, and Performance Sponsors must be supplied by the sponsor. Sponsor ads must follow the guidelines at https://my-ballet.org/program-ads/. Program ads are black and white for sponsors at the Title Sponsor level or below.
  • A half page ad space allotted for Guest Artist sponsors. The ad will be designed by MYB’s designer and includes a photo of the guest artist, the artist’s name and role, the sponsor’s logo, and a short tag line to be submitted by the sponsor. The ad layout is at the discretion of MYB’s designer. The sponsor will be sent a preview copy of the ad.
  • Sponsor ads for the MYB lobby screen must be supplied by the sponsor. Ads for the video screen must be 1600×900 pixels and supplied as a PNG or JPG fie, or as a single PowerPoint slide (16:9 ratio).

By sponsoring Metropolitan Youth Ballet’s productions, you agree to the Sponsorship Terms set forth above.
