
Lila Woolgar received her formative dance training at Butler Ballet-affiliated Jordan Academy of Dance, and Ballet Theatre of Carmel at Performer’s Edge. She also received tap training under Andrea Bruce, and was a member of Ron Morgan’s Young Actors Program. Lila went on to perform with Purdue Contemporary Dance Company where she trained in Bartinieff Fundamentals, contemporary, and modern under Sally Wallace and Mary Beth Van Dyke.
Lila has been a member of the Ballet Theatre of Carmel Academy/Metropolitan Youth Ballet Summer Camps faculty team since 2018 and teaches Preschool and Primary Ballet, Intermediate/Advanced Contemporary, and serves as a Soloist Initiative contemporary coach.
Alongside her studio commitments, she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science with a goal of attaining her masters in library science with a dance or choreography minor.
